FanBlitz LLC ("FanBlitz," "we," "us") operates the FanBlitz app and this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide, such as your email address and display name.
- Your weekly picks, results, and game history.
- Referral information, if you invite a friend or join through someone's invite.
- Basic technical information, such as device type, app version, and error logs, used to keep the app working.
How we use it
- To run the game: record your picks, score them, and show leaderboards.
- To determine prize eligibility and contact winners.
- To provide support and respond to your messages.
- To improve the app and prevent fraud or abuse.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run FanBlitz (such as our database and hosting providers), when required by law, or with your permission. Your display name and results may appear on public leaderboards.
Advertising
If we show ads in the app in the future, ad partners may collect device identifiers as described by their own policies. We'll update this policy before that happens, and you'll be able to limit ad tracking through your device settings.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@fanblitz.co.
Children
FanBlitz is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with an updated effective date.
